4th Annual PHL PreK Summer Kick-off Festival
Mark your calendars and join us for a day of fun, learning, and community spirit! Perry Highway Lutheran PreK is thrilled to announce its 4th Annual PreK Summer Kick-off Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 8, 11:30 am – 2:30 pm. This event celebrates the vibrant preschool program at PHLC, known for its commitment to nurturing young minds in a relaxed and engaging environment.
Volunteer and Donation Opportunities
We’re calling on our wonderful community to make this event a success! There are many ways to get involved.
Volunteer: We need hands-on deck at the ticket booths, managing pop-up tents, and assisting with festival activities. We also welcome festival-type character volunteers, such as kid-friendly performers and magicians. To volunteer, contact our Prek Director Alyssa Drespling at [email protected].
Donations: Support our preschool by donating items from our Amazon Festival Wishlist.

About PHLC Pre-K
Established in 1968, Perry Highway Lutheran Pre-K has been a cornerstone in early childhood education in our area. Our program runs from September to May, catering to children aged 2 1/2 up to 5 years. At PHLC, we emphasize a child-centered approach that fosters intellectual curiosity, social-emotional development, and a positive transition from home to school.
This festival not only kicks off the summer but also showcases the enriching activities that our preschool has to offer. From free play and library time to field trips and special guests, PHLC Pre-K creates a foundation for lifelong learning.
