PHLC  invites you to make our space your own—whether for community gatherings, private celebrations, or recurring events. As a service-based community committed to hospitality, we’re honored to share our space with neighbors and organizations looking for an affordable, accessible venue.

Types of Spaces

We have a variety of spaces to rent for community and private events. Each room is unique and additional details are listed below for each space. Submit rental requests to inquire about dates and tour the space. List pricing is for one time use. Regular renters can negotiate a discount.

Each space includes:

  • Space Access: Limited to rental space, includes restrooms in adjacent space
  • Setup: Can be rearranged but must be returned to original condition
  • Temperature: Min 74°F (summer), Max 68°F (winter)
  • Kitchen Use: Equipment is permitted upon request
  • Refrigerator Space: Limited availability pre- and post-rental, permitted upon request
  • Parking is included with all indoor space rentals.
  • Guest Wifi available upon request

Sanctuary

Large sacred area with AC, and monitors. For weddings, courts of honor, concerts, and other respectful activities. Events approved by PHLC Council. Ground level Accessibility.

Fellowship Hall

Capacity: 150 seated, 326 standing

Kitchen

A well-stocked kitchen ideal for food prep and serving support.
Please note: This is not a commercial kitchen and does not include a dishwasher or garbage disposal.

It features a working oven, warming drawers, sink, and basic utensils/equipment. Renters are responsible for washing and cleaning any items used during their event.

Outdoor Parking Lot – Stand Alone

Tree-lined parking lot suitable for large events such as “Touch a Truck.” (Parking then limited, but after bank business hours bank parking lot is available).

We offer discounts for renters that are members of the church, book multiple events and/or non-profit organizations.
