Communion Class: For First-Time and Returning Participants

We’re excited to offer a Communion Class on Saturday, May 3, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., designed for first-time recipients as well as those who currently receive Communion but would welcome a refresher.

Whether you’re new to the sacrament or have been taking Communion for years, this class is a meaningful opportunity to deepen your understanding of what it means to come to the Lord’s Table. We’ll explore the biblical foundations of Communion, its history and significance in the life of the Church, and how we approach it today with reverence, joy, and a spirit of gratitude.

For those preparing to receive Communion for the first time, this class will help build a foundation of faith and understanding. For returning participants, it offers a chance to reflect more deeply and renew your connection to this sacred practice. Parents and guardians are welcome to attend with their children, and we encourage open questions and conversations throughout.

Led by Pastor Ryan, the session will be engaging, interactive, and accessible for all ages. There will be time for teaching, discussion, and even some hands-on elements to help participants feel more connected to what Communion is all about.

If you or someone in your household would like to attend, please reach out to Pastor Ryan to express your interest or ask any questions you may have. You can email, call, or connect with him after worship on Sunday.

Come join us for a morning of learning, reflection, and spiritual growth as we prepare our hearts for this beautiful expression of God’s grace.
