Palm Sunday – The Passion
March 29, 2015 @ 8:30 am and 11:00 am

On Passion Sunday, we celebrate Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem where people waved palm branches and shouted, “Hosanna to the Kind of David!” The service begins in the narthex and the whole congregation processes into the sanctuary symbolizing this important event.

Palm Sunday: FOR KIDS – Breakfast & Easter Egg Hunt

Come for breakfast and then join the Egg Hunt at 10:15 afterwards. Each child will be given a bag to decorate which they will use to collect their eggs. Weather permitting, the Egg Hunt will be outside on the church’s green areas.


Holy Wednesday
April 1, 2015 @ 11:00 am and 7:00 pm

Lent began on Ash Wednesday with corporate confession of our sins wight he absolution being withheld. This evening, we at last receive that long awaited absolution. This process of reconciliation makes it possible for us to concentrate not he mystery of our redemption during the last three days of Lent also knows as the Great Tridium; Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday.


Maundy Thursday
April 2, 2015 @ 7:00 pm

The name Maundy Thursday comes from the Latin word “mandatum” which means commandment. On this day, as we recall the Last Supper, we will celebrate with the children who will be receiving this First Holy Communion.


Good Friday: FOR KIDS – Children’s Program
April 3, 2015 @ 11:00 am

A special Good Friday Children’s Liturgy begins at 11:00 am. We will share he steps our Lord took on his way to the cross and that the message of sadness was certainly not the end of the story. Following the service, the children enjoy lunch and work on a craft project.


Good Friday Evening Service
April 3, 2015 @ 7:00 pm

We will celebrate the mystery and awe of the Passion as we focus on Christ’s journey to and death on the cross. This service impresses on us the terrible reality of sin which caused our Savior to die for us.
