Refugee Support Opportunity
Due to the recent funding freeze impacting refugee resettlement organizations, many newly arrived families are in urgent need of support. Jewish Family and Community Services (JFCS) is working hard to provide assistance, but they need our help to fill the gaps for those who arrived just before the freeze took effect.
To make giving easier, JFCS has created two Amazon Wish Lists—one for general necessities and another specifically for winter essentials. These lists include items that will directly support refugee families as they navigate their new lives and adjust to a challenging transition. By purchasing an item (or more) from the wish lists, you can make a meaningful difference in ensuring these families have what they need to stay warm, safe, and supported.
We encourage you to prayerfully consider how you can contribute to this urgent need. Whether it’s a warm coat for a child, household supplies, or other essentials, every donation helps ease the burden on these families and gives them a stronger foundation as they rebuild their lives.
