We then traveled to Leipzig, where we visited the Thomaskirche. This church is famous because J.S. Bach (a fellow Lutheran!) was employed for the majority of his life and composed hundreds of his works. We were privileged to hear a British Choir perform while we were at Thomaskirche. After we ate our dinner, we went to a Beer Garden where Julia ordered a “vodka” but got Fanta instead. There’s definitely a language barrier!
